Day One & Two of Our Journey North

On day one, we headed out in the RV at about 12:45. The first leg of our journey was a short one....only about 200 miles. We pulled into Lacey, WA at about 5:00 to visit with Deven's sister (Melissa) and her family (Larry, Gracie, Dempsey, Coco and Charlie....The Schied Family). We will stay in Lacey until Sunday morning. We love coming to visit them. Melissa is an awesome cook and makes us wonderful meals. Deven is not used to that (unless he cooks). My claim to fame in the kitchen is grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup. LOL

It's a great way to kick off the first 2 days of our journey. Big "THANK YOU" to the Schied Family. We love you guys!!!
